Applying to Trinity

• An application will be sent to you shortly after we receive your inquiry. Return completed applications to 2650 Sand Hill Road, Menlo Park, CA 94025
• You may now apply online. Please do so by January 15, 2010.
  
• Application fee is $100
  
• A teacher recommendation form (ECP through Grade 1; Grade 2 through Grade 5)
  For children entering Junior Kindergarten through Grade 5, please complete the top of the teacher recommendation form and give it to your child’s teacher. For three and four year old Early Childhood Program applicants, the teacher recommendation form should be completed only if your child has attended another preschool.
  
• Applicants for grades 1 through 5 must submit a Transcript Request form to their current school.

Once the school has your application on file, we will contact you to schedule a playgroup or visit day, student evaluation and a parent interview with our Head of School. When the application is complete, children applying for Grades 1 through 5 will have an opportunity to spend a day with the class.

Age Requirements

Children applying to the Early Childhood Program for threes and fours must turn three by December 1.

Children applying to the ECP for Junior Kindergarten class must be five by December 31.

Children entering Kindergarten must turn five by September 1.

Once a child is admitted to the Early Childhood Program, his or her enrollment continues through Grade 5. Therefore, prospective parents are strongly encouraged to visit the Upper Campus as well as the Lower Campus when evaluating the program.
