Kristine’s mission:
Kristine wants to provide students with the tools and techniques to express their own thoughts through visual art. Students use the language of art to express their voices and showcase their unique creativity. Kristine believes that art is a wonderful way to learn about world history and culture.
The experience that informs Kristine’s teaching:
Kristine enjoyed art as child and was constantly drawing and painting. As she grew older, she decided it wasn’t a practical career and went on to pursue other interests. After many years, she really missed the creative side of life and went to art school. She sincerely believes in the importance of pursuing what you love, and enjoys sharing her passion with others.
