Join us on Tuesday, January 31st, at 9am in Great Hall to hear Barbara Coloroso, Good Kids! Inspiring Integrity & Inner Discipline. The event is open to the public so consider arriving early for ease of parking and a good seat.
Barbara Coloroso is one of the wisest, most compassionate voices in parent education today. A sought-after speaker and author, Ms. Coloroso cuts to the core of what children need to develop into kind, ethical and responsible young adults. She explains how parents can structure the very stuff of family life—chores, mealtimes, sibling conflict, bedtimes, allowances, curfews and other daily challenges—to reinforce values and accountability.
Drawing upon 40 years of counseling experience, she reveals six critical life messages all children need to hear, explores the difference between discipline and punishment and offers innovative ways to nurture good character in children and teens.
