The Trinity School Board of Trustees focuses on Trinity’s long-term direction, financial sustainability, and strategic strength—ensuring our mission and values guide every forward step.

Composed of current and alumni parents alongside community leaders and representatives from both St. Bede’s and Trinity Church, the Board brings a rich cross-section of expertise, perspective, and care to the school. Trustees work in close partnership with the Head of School, providing strategic oversight, guiding long-term planning, and serving as passionate ambassadors for Trinity.

Governance and School Leadership

To keep Trinity focused and strong, our governance model maintains a clear distinction between strategy and daily operations:

  • The Board of Trustees stewards the school’s long-term health, mission, facilities, and financial future, while selecting and supporting the Head of School.
  • The Head of School and Leadership Team guide the daily life of Trinity—empowering our teachers to focus fully on classroom learning, curriculum, student care, and family partnership.

This distinction allows the Board to steward Trinity’s long-term promise, ensuring our educators have the resources and support to deliver an exceptional elementary experience for every child.

Trustees in Action

Our trustees serve Trinity through three key roles:

  • Stewards: Safeguarding Trinity’s mission, financial health, and long-term sustainability.
  • Strategists: Planning thoughtfully for enrollment, facilities, and the priorities that shape our future.
  • Ambassadors: Championing Trinity’s mission and deepening connections across our community.

While the full Board meets regularly throughout the year, dedicated committees—including Finance, Development, Buildings and Grounds, Trustee, Alumni, and Head Support—drive focused work to keep Trinity moving forward.
